Impacto Talent is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing North American manufacturer of commercial and industrial LED lighting.

You'll be the operational backbone of their lighting projects: coordinating timelines, documentation and stakeholders from kickoff to delivery, working closely with distributors, clients, engineering and production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and workflows

• Act as the main point of contact for distributors, clients and internal teams

• Prepare lighting coordination documents, submittals and RFIs for client and engineer approval

• Generate, process and manage purchase orders

• Track manufacturing and delivery schedules to keep projects on time

• Support the sales team with product specs and pricing, and monitor inventory for custom or large orders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–5 years in project coordination (lighting, construction or manufacturing preferred)

• Advanced English, written and spoken; French is a plus

• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com or similar) and Microsoft Office

• Strong organization, multitasking and communication skills

• Proactive, analytical problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments
